Taking care of yourself as a whole being mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually is now becoming more important than ever; due to the global challenges we are currently facing, collectively. One of the most powerful ways to do that is through daily meditation practice.

Morning can be the most powerful time to meditate and here is why. After waking up, our mind is still in a sort of light trance and this time the mind very quickly absorbs information.
We often very quick to feed our mind with negative thoughts from the start of the day especially when we worry about something at work or at home, so why not start feeding your mind each morning with love, peace, calmness and positive affirmations. Give your mind Love is all you need. Although, it is essential that you make this a daily habit to experience long lasting results.
